Downloading GCWerks

The instructions below describe downloading and unpacking the GCWerks tar file for different application types.  If you have existing Desktop launchers, they may just work with no further steps. 

If you do not have access to the google drive download, request access when prompted.

GCWerks all instruments

Download the latest gcwerks-3.tar.gz and move to /data.

cd /data
mv gcwerks-3  gcwerks-3.old
tar xzvf gcwerks-3.tar.gz

GCWerks for optical

Download the latest gcwerks-optical.tar.gz and move to /data.

cd /data
mv gcwerks-3 gcwerks-3.old
tar xzvf gcwerks-optical.tar.gz
mv gcwerks-optical  gcwerks-3

GCWerks for seawater measurements

Download the latest gcwerks-cfc.tar.gz and move to /data.

cd /data
mv gcwerks-3  gcwerks-3.old
tar xzvf gcwerks-cfc.tar.gz
mv gcwerks-cfc  gcwerks-3
