Chromatogram and strip-chart data are stored for every run and may be viewed in a number of ways. Peak ID windows and integration parameters are stored for each time period (when conditions change).
Chromatograms and integrations can be reviewed by moving the cursor on the time-series. The lower plot can also show strip-charts or text reports.
With many compounds, it is difficult to maintain traditional “SIM groups” as retention times change over time. The graphical editing bases SIM ions on retention times, and adds and drops ions as needed. Dwell time is automatically adjusted to maintain a constant data rate.
Here showing 20-minute means of high-frequency optical ambient air data along with calibration tank measurements. As with chromatograms, the high-frequency data can be displayed below the time-series for any point.
